Well, now that we got that crap out of the way....

If you are reading this that probably means you wanna CHEAT a little
at XCOM 2, great that's what this editor is for, but there are a few things
that you need to know.

1: The Maxout function of the editor will bring you up to 160 units on
every ability, except the M.C. Skill and M.C. Strength also you might
notice that the Bravery units after 110 look different, thats because
the Microprose designers decided to be a little tricky with that
particular ability and it seems that the Bravery ability can only
reach 110 without the Increased Bravery added to it.
Also, it erases and previous Increased abilities to prevent the
possibility of units that wraparound the screen.

2: The Randomize function, does just that, it randomizes your soldier
stats. However, i left the Increased abilities alone, just because i
      felt like it.

3: The Heal/Revive function will heal and raise your soldiers from the
dead, one small problem with this is that when a soldier die his rank
is eliminated so i randomized a rank for each soldier that died, there
might be a problem with this since there are a few bits in the data
file i dont know what they are for, but so far i have seen no problems
of my own with this part of the editor.

4: The Armour function is pretty straight forward, 0 or none armour is
obviously the weakest, 3 or Magnetic Ion Armour is the most strongest.
